First round of pinch hits

Matching is done and assignments have been generated. The automated matching process took just over fifteen hours to complete this year which is nearly double the length it took last year.

Our first round of pinch hits has gone out. We have quite a few to start with this year. Assignments can't go out until they have been assigned. Found a work around.

How Pinch Hits work:

1) Pinch hits will be posted here.

2) We'll operate on a first come, first served basis.

3) To claim a pinch hit, simply hit "reply". You can also email us directly at rarepairmod@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your AO3 name. If you don't already have an AO3 account, we can send you an invite.

4) Pinch hits assigned through August 10th will be due on the regular deadline of August 15th. Pinch hits assigned after the 10th will have a deadline of 8pm EDT on August 21st.
