Letters and pinch hits

We've had quite a few people asking about locked/unfinished letters, and we haven't heard back from many of the people we've reached out to about them. We get that life happens, so if you can just let us know if you won't be finishing yours or if you can give us a date by when you think it'll be finish so we can pass it on, it would be very appreciated.
