Assignments and Pinch Hits

Thank you everyone for your patience as we've tried to work this out. If at a later date, AO3 is able to fix the problem, you will receive another email with the same assignment from AO3. As assignments won't appear under you assignment page unless AO3 is able to fix it when posting, you will have to fill in both the collection name (rarepairfest2016) and the name of your recipient when posting your assignment.

For claiming pinch hits, do we make our claim through the google forum or email you to let you know what we want?

Sorry I'm not totally clued in completely on how claiming pinch hits works since I've never done it myself before.

Question about treats, seeing this is my first time doing this - when we post to the collection, do we gift it to the person who asked for the pairing/prompt?

Yes, that is correct! Then when the collection is revealed they will get an email notification about the gift.
